About the role
Tasks
- Daily Accounting:
- Record and follow up on accounts payable.
- Manage expense accounts, Visa cards (CAD and USD), and other financial documents.
- Participate in month-end processes.
- Administrative Support and Process Improvement:
- Support the Administrative Director with various accounting-related tasks.
- Assist in optimizing internal tools and procedures.
- Maintain well-organized and up-to-date filing systems.
- Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements
- Diploma in Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Relevant experience in a similar position, ideally within a manufacturing or structured company (asset).
- Proficiency in Simple Accounting (Sage 50) and Excel.
- General knowledge of accounting systems and sound administrative practices.
