Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills for success.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions and cash handling.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in budgeting to optimize stock levels while minimizing waste.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the retail environment.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor that enhances the shopping experience.
- Implement effective time management strategies to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a retail or sales environment with a focus on customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience in team management and leadership roles.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on interpersonal interactions.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions to improve sales performance.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong time management abilities.
