We are seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator & Analyst in Vancouver to spearhead our market entry and establish a formidable presence in BC's beverage alcohol industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support Ace Beverage Group and Corby Ready-to-Drink (RTD) products
  • Provide timely analytical and logistical support for Territory Managers across Western Canada, enabling them to win in the field
  • Compile reports & share sales insights for individuals across the company
  • Complete trade marketing applications, and assist with program execution
  • Act as the primary point of contact between sales and marketing teams
  • Support Western Canada with sales program execution across all sales channels (Private, Government and Chains)
  • Ensure the sales team has updated tools, brand assets, and promotional materials
  • Support sales reps with market execution needs (POS, samples, sales decks, etc.)
  • Coordinate the rollout of Western and regional marketing campaigns
  • Provide feedback from the field to inform marketing strategies
  • Assist with local event activation, influencer partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities
  • Collaborate with trade marketing to develop sell-through programs and retail displays
  • Monitor and analyze promotional effectiveness and share insights with both teams
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory of marketing collateral and POS
  • Track and report field execution, campaign performance, and competitive activity
  • Support planning and execution of sales meetings

Job Requirements

  • Sales, marketing, or trade marketing—ideally within the alcohol or CPG industry
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize, work independently, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Post secondary degree in Business is an asset
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed
  • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient with PowerPoint, Canva or Google Slides
  • Some proficiency and aptitude with Excel is preferred
  • Some knowledge of category management and promotional analytics
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media activation
  • Is a highly competitive team player known for taking initiative and working incredibly hard
