The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a Subprime Finance Manager for our Kamloops Kia location in British Columbia. Our team is currently looking for two credit solutions that will handle our Kamloops Kia Dealership.

In the position of Subprime Finance Manager reporting to the General Manager,the successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of the Subprime Sales Department strategies and will be required to be an active force in driving sales through exceptional customer service and selling skills.

You will be accountable for:
· Setting sales goals, tracking progress, and achieving or exceed those quotas.
· Will be responsible for contacting clients and gathering clients' information while updating the customer's record.
· Working with financial institutions to secure financing as well as completing loans with clients.
· Forecasting sales for upcoming months and quarters.
· Managing a CRM platform to retain customers and seek new prospective sales.
· Maintaining a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers.
· Compiling regular reports for dealership management to review.
· Communicating and maintaining relations with all lenders.
· Ensuring all deals are compliant with provincial and federal regulations.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
· A valid driver’s license and VSA license.
· Previous experience in subprime sales and finance.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Dedication to providing great customer service.
Other Details:
Pay Range Offered: $ 50,000 up to $ 120,000 per year
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Time: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Cellphone Allowance: $ 75.00 per month
