Our client, a major oil and gas company, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Administrator in their Slave Lake, AB. This is a contract, office based position working Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day.

RESPONSIBILITIES may include:

• Accounts Payable
• Payroll
• Data Entry
• Customer service
• Emailing
• File management
• General office administration
• Incoming/outgoing mail
• Meeting minutes
• Organize meetings
• Photocopying
• Reception
• Supply order

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous Administration/Customer Service experience preferred

• Minimum Grade 12 Education; Post-secondary education in Business Administration a definite asset

• Detail Oriented

• Ability to multitask

• Organized

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

• Strong communicator (verbal and written)

• Team Player

• Problem solver
