Steve Madden Canada is looking for a Receptionist who can provide top-quality support to our general team and visitors. This entry level position could be your first step in the fashion industry. This position will provide you the opportunity to learn and see behind the scene of a fashion brand with lots of opportunity. Being part of the team will ensure you have support and room to grow when you feel like the time is right!

What you will do:Open the door for employees & Guest.Answer the phone and transfer to the right departmentRespond to E-mails.Monitor visitor accessHandling and distributing mail/packages.Create shipping labels (FedEx, Purolator, UPS)Schedule pick-ups for delivery companiesCall Canbec Courier services when neededCoordinate mail delivery outside the companyMaintaining the office cleannessOrganizing stockroomSend Customer invoices and credit notes.Sorting retail store mailbagsCoordinate the petty cash with the accounting departmentCash reconciliationOrdering office suppliesClose light and blinds at night
