You’ll help deliver an exceptional team member experience by managing the uniform program, supporting onboarding and training, updating systems, and contributing to key projects and presentations. Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and think proactively will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities Administrative Support

  • Manage the uniform program: sourcing, distribution, collection, inventory.
  • Update HRIS systems; maintain accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide administrative assistance including scheduling and responding to inquiries.
  • Support payroll processes as a backup resource.

Onboarding & Training

  • Support onboarding processes with Team & Culture Advisors.
  • Communicate benefit programs; coordinate with providers for claims.
  • Manage the Learning Management System and Franklin Covey platform.

Project & Policy Coordination

  • Assist with engaging presentations and internal communications.
  • Conduct research to support decision-making.
  • Maintain up-to-date department policies and coordinate special projects.

What You Bring

  • Post-secondary education in Office/Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative or coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication—written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AI tools is a plus.
  • Experience with UKG and LMS platforms is an asset.

You Will Be

  • Working in an office based position (with a standard work week of 40 hours with flexibility to accommodate weekend work to meet operational needs).
  • Working in a warehouse environment when managing the uniform program.
  • Frequently utilizing technology.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, repetitive movements related to computer tasks.
  • Occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds, standing, and mobility required to receive and manage uniform inventory.

About WinSport

The Bill Warren Training Centre (BWTC) opened in January 1994. The facility provides fitness training and support services to Nordic athletes and the public. The BWTC is located at the Canmore Nordic Centre. It was the host site of the cross-country skiing and biathlon events at the 1988 Olympic Winter Games.
