Essential Qualifications
Please submit your resume clearly demonstrating how you meet the following qualifications. Please note selection for further consideration will be based solely on the information you provide in your resume.
- Journeyperson certification or working towards journeyperson certification in carpentry, plumbing or electrical trade
- Recent experience performing minor plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Recent carpentry experience maintaining, repairing and renovating single-family and multi-family residential buildings
- Demonstrated experience managing a high volume of maintenance requests across multiple properties
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above will be equally considered.
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Suitability
Candidates should have and may be assessed on their:
- Ability to use strong interpersonal skills to provide client service to a diverse and vulnerable client group
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload on a daily basis

- Valid driver’s license
- Valid vulnerable sector security clearance
