We are seeking a Carpenter to support site operations by assisting trades and fellow carpenters with framing, installations, and general construction tasks to ensure efficient and high-quality project execution.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches and to understand project specifications
- Take measurements and calculate the sizes and amounts of materials needed for the project
- Cut, shape, and smooth lumber according to measurements
- Build window frames, doors, staircases, brattices, frame buildings, and other structures by using raw materials or pre-constructed items
- Inspect products and conduct repairs or maintenance as needed
- Comply with all company and governmental safety guidelines
- Estimate time, material, equipment, and supplies needed for the project
- Operation of hand/power tools, and other equipment relevant to Carpentry
- Capable of performing errands as assigned, carry/deliver materials
- Ensure proper use and care are given to tools and equipment
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of carpentry experience, preferably in multi-family wood frame construction
- Red Seal or Journeyman Carpenter certification required
- Skilled in rough-in, finish carpentry, and up-to-date with building codes
- Ability to read blueprints and accurately interpret specifications
- Strong time management and capable of working independently
- Proficient with power, hand, and measuring tools
- Knowledgeable in safety protocols and committed to safe work practices
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
