What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with clients (dentists, hygienists, and IT professionals) to install and demonstrate our AI platform.
  • Implement customer success strategies, focusing on relationship-building and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with team members and follow up with clients to ensure seamless platform operation.
  • Identify, document, and report bugs or issues to the development team.
  • Manage incoming support inquiries, diagnose problems, and deliver effective solutions.

What You Bring:

  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or technical support.
  • Strong understanding of information systems, client-server architecture, and network protocols.
  • Proficiency in computer troubleshooting.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong work ethic.
  • A willingness to learn about artificial intelligence, dentistry, and emerging technologies.

Important Information:

This role is a contract position based outside of Canada, and candidates will be engaged as self-employed contractors. As such, our company will not provide sponsorship, work permits, LMIA support, or any assistance with Canadian residency. Candidates must already have legal work authorization. While this experience may be beneficial for future Canadian residency applications, it does not guarantee eligibility or sponsorship.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
