As a Recovery Coordinator on the One Equipment team at National Bank, you’ll be a key player in supporting our clients through challenging times. With a customer-first mindset and a talent for negotiation, you’ll help find fair, effective solutions that benefit both our clients and our business. Your expertise in collections and problem-solving will directly impact our success and strengthen our client relationships throughout the lifecycle of their agreements.

Your role:

  • Coordinate the repossession and transportation of assets with a dedicated network of external agents, ensuring compliance with company policies and debt collection regulations.
  • Provide agents with accurate, timely information to support successful asset recovery.
  • Manage repossession files and make informed decisions on next steps, including repossession, write-offs, or legal action.
  • Negotiate payment plans, settlements, and equipment returns, balancing risk and reward to achieve optimal outcomes.

Your team:

Join a high-performing, collaborative team that’s passionate about helping Canadian businesses thrive. Reporting to the Manager, Contract Administration, you’ll be part of a close-knit group of four within a broader team of 35. You’ll work on meaningful projects, build strong client relationships, and grow your career in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. If you’re ready to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Prerequisites:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration or Client Services within Banking, Financial Services, Credit, or Collections.
  • Strong ability to document and manage payment arrangements with accuracy and clarity.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of maintaining precise documentation.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and a quick learner of new systems and applications.
  • Knowledge of compliance laws related to collections is a strong asset.

Be Part of a Bold New Chapter

As we transition from Canadian Western Bank (CWB) to National Bank of Canada (NBC), we’re looking for talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey. While you’ll begin your role at a CWB location, you’ll be part of a forward-thinking team preparing for a seamless move to NBC.

This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to grow, connect, and help shape the future of banking in Canada.
