As we grow across Western Canada, we’re seeking a Licensed Life Insurance Advisor in Alberta who is passionate about guiding clients through life’s most important financial decisions with care and confidence.
Your Role
- Meet with Alberta-based clients to understand their financial goals, family responsibilities, and protection needs
- Recommend tailored life insurance solutions, including term, whole life, and universal life product
- Educate clients on related financial topics such as retirement planning, estate preservation, and income protection
- Build and maintain strong client relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and reliability. Use digital tools and CRM software to manage your client base, track progress, and ensure compliance
- Meet and exceed performance targets while keeping clients’ best interests at heart
- Stay current on insurance products, regulatory updates, and industry trends
- Identify opportunities to offer additional value through complementary financial services
What You Bring
- An active Alberta life insurance license (LLQP)
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in life insurance sales or financial advising
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset
- Proficiency with digital platforms, CRM systems, and online workflows
- A self-motivated, ethical approach to sales and client service
