Summary

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of cleaning teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
- Working with staff to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive relationships.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked.
- Implement company policies and procedures to uphold service standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 44 per week
