What You'll Actually Do
Throughout All 3 Months: Foundation & Integration
- Become the strategic right-hand to our Community Managers
- Master member services and facility operations
- Lead prospect tours and member acquisition efforts
- Handle real business challenges that directly impact our bottom line
- Learn the systems that make our operations run smoothly
Progressive Responsibility Growth:
- Month 1: Focus on learning systems while contributing immediately
- Month 2: Handle more complex operational tasks independently
- Month 3: Take ownership of specific building operations and member experience initiatives
