Job Description This role is responsible for executing digital marketing directives from the Brand Manager and HQ for Hamilton Canada, ensuring seamless coordination and support of all local E-Commerce activities to optimize sales. The Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Coordinator drives digital marketing strategy and vision, acting as the primary contact for end consumers and internal departments regarding all Hamilton digital marketing and E-Commerce activities.

Responsibilities include: Digital Marketing
- Prepare and distribute newsletters, manage mailing lists
- Partner with vendors and ensure third-party sites consistently uphold Brand Guidelines
- Collaborate with Hamilton HQ, Sales Team, and Brand Manager to develop and implement a digital marketing strategy
- Manage SEO (keywords and descriptions) and leverage web analytics (Google Analytics) to drive traffic and engagement
- Evaluate media campaign performance and forecast digital marketing efforts, leveraging market research to identify emerging trends and optimize strategies
E-Commerce
- Conduct manual checks on pending orders and ensure timely release
- Analyze ecommerce metrics to propose strategic, data-driven changes
- Oversee and maintain Hamilton’s ecommerce product assortment and stock, in collaboration with the Operations team
- Update e-commerce site content, highlight new collections, and monitor site traffic to drive engagement. Coordinate with Hamilton HQ on product display, site layout, and copy
- Liaise with various departments (Finance, IT, warehouse, etc.) to troubleshoot issues with checkout processes, inventory quantities, price inaccuracies, payment issues, delivery dates, and ensure precise financial and transactional data capture
Customer Support
- Manage all inbound e-commerce inquiries via email and telephone, including pre-sales, transactional, and post-sale inquiries
Inventory Management
- Coordinate with the Brand Sales Coordinator to reserve appropriate inventory quantities for e-commerce
- Liaise with the warehouse and logistics team to follow up on pending orders, shipment address changes, returns, exchanges, and transfers
Profile
- Ability to manage customer service cases from inception to completion
- Strong sense of tact and diplomacy, with professional communication skills in English (French is a plus)
- Flexible and open approach to tasks
- Collaborative, able to build relationships with other teams and departments
- Energetic and passionate about the brand and company, with an interest in continuous improvement and idea sharing
Professional Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing and e-commerce
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications
- Understanding of the digital shopping process and customer experience
- Knowledge of back-office management, payment processes through PSP and acquirers
- Local knowledge of digital marketing activities
- Proficiency in web analytics
- Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities
- Highly analytical and data driven
- Proficient in Magento or other CMS, SAP, Sprinkler, Photoshop, MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint), Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, Calleo, and Social Media analytics (Facebook & Instagram
