Key Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through financing options and product offerings with integrity, professionalism, and transparency.
- Build strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions to secure competitive rates.
- Present warranty, insurance, and aftermarket products clearly and effectively.
- Ensure all finance documentation is accurate and complies with all legal and dealership standards.
- Funding details and making sure all contracts are accurate
- Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth and timely vehicle delivery.
- Monitor finance department performance and help drive profitability.
- Stay current with automotive financing laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a dealership. Sales Management or Business office experience is a plus.
- Deep understanding of vehicle financing, leasing options, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with DMS and CRM systems (e.g., Dealertrack, Activix, Serti, RouteOne).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
