About The Role We’re hiring an Executive Assistant & Office Operations Manager to support our CEO and ensure our internal operations run like clockwork. You’ll be responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating team activities, enforcing internal processes, and helping keep the business moving forward.
This is a hands-on, high-trust role with a lot of variety. If you love organizing, problem-solving, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do 🧑💼 Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, travel, and priorities
- Act as a gatekeeper for requests and communications
- Help prepare documents, reports, and customer-facing forms
🏢 Office & People Operations
- Ensure the office is organized and stocked (physical or remote tools)
- Support onboarding/offboarding and ensure policy compliance
- Help enforce internal processes and team accountability
📦 Admin & Order Processing
- Complete customer-required forms and onboarding materials
- Process Shopify orders with accuracy and speed
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in executive assistant, operations, or admin roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal)
- Tech-savvy and proactive problem solver
- Familiar with tools like MS Office, Canva, Shopify
Nice to Have
- Experience in a startup or SaaS environment
- Familiarity with Shopify, CRM, or task/project management tools
- Experience handling sensitive or confidential information
