Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Booking Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of couples looking for a wedding photographer, with the goal of connecting as many of them with photographers in Focal's directory as possible. You will play a key role in our operations, driving revenue and customer satisfaction through effective sales and client management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of couples seeking photographers to maximize bookings for weddings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with photographers, understanding their unique offerings and business goals.
- Monitor and analyze account performance; adjust strategies as necessary to improve results.
- Work closely with marketing to implement effective ad campaigns that align with client objectives.
- Provide regular performance reports to photographer managers and the marketing team
- Utilize CRM tools to efficiently track interactions and progress with clients.
Qualifications/Success Factors:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service. Experience in all three areas is a plus.
- Preference given to candidates with a strong understanding of the wedding industry
- Prior experience utilizing CRM software to manage client relationships and track performance.
- Ability to work independently and manage many open opportunities effectively
- Energetic and proactive approach to client management and problem solving.
- Hungry, willing to go the extra mile to connect couples with the right photographer
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary, plus commission
- OTE: $70K-$80K
- Attractive performance incentives based on successful client bookings.

About Focal Systems
Focal Systems’ platform helps retailers cut shelf scanning cost in half by switching from manual to automated shelf scans.
The solution is based on low cost, discrete shelf cameras, a sophisticated computer vision model and a cloud-based machine learning platform that is tuned for complex retail environments.
