We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and serve as the key liaison between veterinary clinics and our pet aftercare center. In this mobile role, you'll be responsible for transporting deceased pets from clinics to our care centers while providing outstanding service to clinic staff.
What You’ll Do
- Drive a company vehicle on a daily route, picking up deceased pets from clinics with care and professionalism
- Deliver cremains and memorial products to clinics for pet families
- Build strong relationships with clinic teams—be their go-to for service
- Ensure accurate documentation, timely service, and clean vehicle operations
- Educate clinic staff about our services and support them with any needs
- Identify service or account issues and escalate when needed
What You Bring
- Compassion, empathy, and professionalism
- Strong customer service or route delivery background
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage a physically active job
- Comfortable working around deceased pets (training provided)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
