Job Title: Estimator

Location: Windsor, ON
Shift: Monday – Friday
Start time: 8:00 AM
Wage: based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate take-offs from mechanical drawings for HVAC and construction projects
• Review and analyze tender packages including drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates and compiling bid submissions
• Support senior estimators in reviewing proposals for accuracy and completeness
• Attend job site visits, pre-bid meetings, and post-bid debriefs as required
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients to resolve tender-related inquiries
• Maintain well-organized records of estimates, proposals, and related documentation

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in construction estimating (HVAC experience preferred)
• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Valid driver's license
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
• Two professional references required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
