Job Description

Joining us means you will be part of an extraordinary and exciting company! You’re a key team player collaborating closely with the rest of the bar team. You’ll learn our sought after set of systems and procedures while working closely with your FOH and BOH Teams. You’ll bring a professional, enthusiastic work ethic each day and contribute in setting our restaurants apart and creating a rave worthy guest experience!

The Day to Day:

  • You’re a strong communicator and conduct yourself in a respect manner with with Servers, Hosts and Bartenders

  • You have a sense of urgency and can complete tasks quickly with ease

  • You’re tuned in to the space you work in and contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization

  • You’ll learn and carry out the proper opening and closing procedures of the bar

  • You’re able to multi task and assist the team with polishing and organizing of glass wears.

  • You’ll be proactive and regularly check and maintain beer keg and liquor levels

  • You’ll assist with the FOH team with food running and interact with guest with enthusiasm

  • Other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications

  • SmartServe Certified

  • Prior experience is desirable

  • Enrolled or completed a Hospitality, Food & Beverage and/or Special Events Program is an asset

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment

  • Organizational skills

  • Ability to take direction and prioritize

  • Strong oral communication skills

  • High level of product knowledge

  • Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency
