Administrative Coordinator

Our public sector client is looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator for an upcoming interim opportunity with the possibility of extension.

As an Administrative Coordinator , you will support daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records. You will assist with project coordination, handle data entry, and ensure smooth communication across departments. Your role will involve organizing events, preparing reports, and providing administrative support to senior staff. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in office software are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications:

  • You have 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Coordinator, and have working knowledge of government policies, procedures, and practices;
  • You have superior written and verbal skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • You are a skilled multi-tasker; with excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage time effectively;
  • You have stellar interpersonal skills with the ability to work autonomously and function effectively in a team environment.
