Richmond Square Medical Centre is a multidisciplinary Specialist and Family Medicine clinic. We take pride in being a friendly, organized and detail-oriented practice and we are looking for a multitasker to join us!
We are currently looking to fill a full-time (Monday to Friday) MOA position within our clinic.
Located in SW Calgary, close to the new ring road.
General nursing duties such as:
- Collecting Patients from waiting room, obtaining brief history
- Supporting physicians with direct patient care, as well as phone follow ups when necessary
- Assisting Physicians with Minor procedures
- Autoclaving/Sterilization of instruments
- Triaging/prioritizing patient care based on assessment
- Collect/Process Samples for Lab testing
- Administrative tasks such as referrals and patient follow-up
A successful candidate will:
- Have at least 2-3 years of experience working in a clinical setting (Experience with the Med Access EMR and Connect Care is an asset but will provide training).
- Conduct themselves in a friendly and professional manner
- Be able to undertake a variety of diverse tasks while working both independently and as a part of a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrate critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment
- Be up to date with relevant education and certification
MOA certification required

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
