Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, fostering customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing communication with clients. Daily tasks include; reaching out to the community about upcoming events including lunch and learns, community events and technology updates, receiving incoming client calls and emails with urgency. The right candidate is looking for a team to grow with, they are excited about their community and want to participate in their local chamber, enjoy learning and applying new technology, is comfortable being accountable for goals and training to build new skills.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and community initiatives
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work independently to meet KPI's
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or a student looking to gain experience and training in their field
- Must be based in Ontario**** Durham Region or Quinte/ Northumberland locations would be a plus!
