Job requirements

• Vocational diploma (DEP) or experience in steel structure manufacturing, architectural/ornamental metal work, and/or welding-assembly.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in the steel industry.
• Experience in team supervision.
• Ability to read complex metric technical drawings.
• Welding skills (CWB certification is a strong asset).
• Basic knowledge of ERP software (an asset).
• Health and safety certification or training in continuous improvement (an asset).
