JOB OFFER – SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Job Description
The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients, as well as managing and developing existing major accounts in assigned sectors. This role focuses heavily on phone-based prospecting (approximately 95% of the time), with on-site client visits only when necessary. The ideal candidate is fluent in English or fully bilingual (French and English), and excels at building strong client relationships through strategic communication and persistence.

We are looking for a driven and persuasive sales professional to support our continued growth. Our customers come from a range of sectors including grocery stores, hardware stores, pharmacies, pet shops, department stores, and convenience stores.

- Salary up to $95,000/year (base salary depending on experience + commissions + bonuses)

Your Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the company owner, your key responsibilities include:
- Making high volumes of prospecting calls (cold and warm) to generate leads, understand client needs, and promote practical solutions
- Identifying and developing new major accounts to grow market share
- Keeping an active prospect list and maintaining regular follow-ups with decision-makers to build trust and generate sales
- Using our CRM system to manage contacts, follow-ups, quotes, and order processing
- Collaborating with management to build sales strategies and action plans to achieve targets
What You Bring
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Industry experience (grocery, hardware, pharmacy, department stores) is an asset
- Sales training is an asset
- Fluent English or fully bilingual (English and French)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Results-oriented mindset with the drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive independently while contributing to a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
