Fountain Tire St. Albert**,** an established automotive repair shop, is looking for a responsible, safe, and dedicated associate to join our team as a Tire Service Foreman!

You will be responsible for:

• Providing guidance and expertise to other tire service associates to ensure proper and safe work procedures are being completed and adhered to
• You will coordinate work assignments, provide feedback, and escalate issues to supervisor for remedy.
• Something different! You never know what kind of vehicle or tire you may be required to work on
• You could be inspecting, installing, balancing, rotating, and/or repairing truck, farm, industrial and/or OTR tires
• Amazing customers to impress with your professional and friendly customer service
• This position will oversee and dispatch service trucks
• Ensuring associates are conducting themselves in a safe and professional manner
• Following Fountain Tire safety policies and guidelines
• Pride in the work you've done keeping your customers safe and on the road!
• Potential to move to into a Sales/Management role in the future for the right person, advancement is not limited

What does it take to get on track?

• We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of previous experience as a Tire Technician
• A working knowledge of passenger and light truck tires, specialty tire services and wheels is required
• A customer-service focus with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers
• A keen attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to consistently lift 25 kilograms
