About the role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Analyst, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis to join our corporate finance team. Reporting to the Group Controller, this role will be responsible for managing the budgeting and forecasting processes across the Pollard subsidiary group, delivering insightful financial analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial modeling skills and a collaborative approach to working with local finance teams.

What You'll Do
-
Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process for Pollard subsidiaries, ensuring timely and accurate submission of budgets.

Act as a key liaison between corporate finance and subsidiaries’finance teams.

Provide guidance and support to ensure consistent application of corporate budgeting guidelines.

Compile and maintain the consolidated budget, including oversight of corporate cost allocations and accurate budgeting of intercompany projects, including proper eliminations.

In collaboration with local finance teams, conduct monthly reviews of actual performance against budget across subsidiaries. Investigate significant variances and provide meaningful analysis to identify key drivers and potential areas of risk or opportunity.

Prepare monthly financial reporting including entity specific KPI’s, highlighting key variances andtrends.

Provide clear, concise commentary to enhance financial transparency and support decision-making.

Develop financial models and projections to support strategic initiatives, long-term planning, and key accounting analysis.

A highly analytical, and detail-orientated individual with a keen eye for detail and accuracy with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights for decision making.

A top performer who possesses excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively work with the local finance teams and senior management in a fast-paced work environment.

Organized and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership along with excellent time management skills.

Proactive and solutions-driven, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
What You'll Bring
- Graduate of CPA or legacy equivalent
- 4+ years of experience of financial data analysis, financial forecasting, reporting, and operationalmetrics tracking.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and effectively.
- Experience working in a multi-entity organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Tech savvy with proficiency using MS Office applications, and financial analysis tools
