- Entry-Level Trainees (No experience required)
- Skilled Painters
- Crew Leads / Site Supervisors
We take on a wide range of high-quality residential and commercial painting projects across Greater Victoria.

Basic Requirements
- Mobile phone with data access
- Physically capable of working on ladders and at heights
Compensation & Perks
- Competitive hourly pay: $20–$35/hr based on experience
- Group benefits (health, dental, vision, life)
- Two weeks vacation pay
- Access to company vehicles and quality gear
- Flexible, unlimited time off (within policy)
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning and sanding as needed.
- Apply paint, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and share progress.
