Trail Tire Edmonton Northwest is looking for a motivated and experienced Tire Sales/Shop Foreman to join our team. This is a dynamic role that combines front-counter sales support with shop floor leadership. If you're someone who enjoys problem-solving, has strong mechanical knowledge, and thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team and fill in at the front counter when needed
• Oversee and manage shop staff and workflow to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Assist technicians with work when required
• Maintain high standards of shop cleanliness and organizational order
• Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving support

What We're Looking For:

• Strong understanding of vehicle repairs and tire service
• Familiarity with computer systems including Costar and Microsoft Office (or willingness to learn)
• A mechanical background with the ability to support technicians as needed
• Class 5 Driver’s License (required)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
