Marketing and Communications Coordinator

In this role, you’ll contribute directly to our mission—sharing God’s truth for relationships and inspiring transformation in homes and communities. Success in this position looks like confident, effective execution of marketing campaigns, growth in audience engagement, and collaborative teamwork that multiplies the reach and impact of our events and resources.
Responsibilities
- Execute marketing strategies in alignment with organizational goals and brand standards.
- Manage marketing for events including sponsorships, contracts, logistics, and promotions.
- Support content marketing across email, web, print, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure brand consistency in brochures, newsletters, videos, and more.
- Grow audience engagement through campaign planning, email list development, and digital outreach.
- Equip staff and regional teams with marketing tools that amplify their local impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Christian Ministry, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
- Proficiency with digital tools like Canva, WordPress, email marketing platforms, and social media.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic video editing and bilingual (French-English) skills are a plus.
- A committed relationship with Jesus and alignment with the Power to Change Statement of Faith.
