Position Title Sales Support Executive
Report To Country Manager, France
Position Summary This role ensures the smooth functioning of the sales process, from lead generation to order processing and after-sales support. Responsibilities include managing customer databases, monitoring inventory levels, addressing customer inquiries, and providing vital administrative support to the sales team.
Key Accountability
- Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing sales reports, managing customer databases, and maintaining accurate sales records.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to address customer inquiries, share information about products and services, and facilitate the sales process.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability aligns with customer demand.
- Coordinate with other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience, from first customer touchpoint through delivery and after-sales support.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and share actionable insights with the sales team.
- Participate in sales meetings, offering recommendations for improvement based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals, providing administrative support as required.
Qualification & Working Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
