About the role
We are seeking an Operations Agent to support the secure handling, processing, shipment, receipt, and destruction of banknotes, maintain dual custody and control, perform data entry, resolve operational issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
We're looking for someone with:
- High school diploma with strong mathematics skills and relevant experience (i.e. handling cash, banking and/or retail experience, shipping/receiving experience)
- Proven ability to quickly learn and adhere to custody and control procedures
- Strong oral communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of ISO standards
- Demonstrated experience in processing and handling banknotes
- Demonstrated knowledge of high-speed banknote processing systems
