About the role
Novamen Inc. is a successful chemical distribution company operating out of Western Canada for over a decade. We are looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time (minimum 30 hours per week) Administrative & Customer Service Support. Our ideal candidate is a keen multitasker with strong teamwork skills and an overall positive and helpful attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Full receptionist duties such as mail, greeting customers and answering phones
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, e-mail and general correspondence
- Prepare or edit internal documents and ensure that they are distributed to the correct departments in a timely manner
- Assist in processing orders and invoicing
- Filing and file management, both physical and electronic
- Make coffee and manage inventory of coffee supplies
- Assist all departments with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or similar role is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Experience working with QuickBooks is preferred
- Proficient oral and written communication skills with the ability to proofread internal documents
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Proficient in Word, Excel & Outlook

8:00am to 4:30pm (This position can be between 30 to 40 hours depending on the needs of the candidate, we will be flexible for the right person)
