About the role

📞 We're Hiring: Call Centre Agent (Remote)

Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong typing and transcribing skills, and loves helping people?

We’re looking for a Telephone Agent to join our dynamic, remote support team! If you’re calm under pressure, a great communicator, and can multitask like a pro, we want to hear from you.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Answering inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care

  • Responding to client needs using effective communication and a customer-first mindset

  • Transcribing audio communications and maintaining accurate records

  • Monitoring lone worker safety and check-ins

  • Managing after-hours reception and escalating issues as needed

  • Supporting internal teams with timely updates and reports

🔹 Must-Have Qualities:

✅ Comfortable in high-pressure situations with quick reaction times

✅ Excellent audio comprehension and typing speed (min. 40 WPM)

✅ Strong customer service and communication skills

✅ Flexible availability – weekends and evenings included

✅ Tech-savvy with intermediate Google Workspace experience

✅ A true team player who brings positive energy to every shift

🔹 Role Details:

  • Remote position (must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace)

  • Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in Canada

  • Open availability within 12:00 PM – 7:00 AM MST, Monday–Sunday

  • Must have access to a personal phone for work purposes
