Job Description
ADGA is hiring a Junior Project Administrator to support services to work with our client in Records Management Systems Administration.
Our client provides a wide range of technology-based test and investigative services to DND, the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and to other Government of Canada departments in support of engineering decisions throughout all phases of materiel acquisition and support.
The Junior Project Administrator must apply relevant DND, CAF and Government of Canada policies and information as defined in applicable documents such as codes, standards, specifications, and procedures. These tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:

Monitor the Task Management key positional mailboxes.

Assist the Task Coordinator with calendar management.
-
Answer telephone and e-mail queries.
-
Prepare a variety of documents/correspondence for the Technical Authority’s approval.
-
Distribute approved documents/correspondence.
-
Assist in the production of Task Management Team reports.
-
Assist other members of the overarching Chief of Staff Team.
-
Prepare and submit requisitions for translation.
-
Prepare and release weekly Missing Timesheets Report.
-
Assist with the input for timesheets.
-
Prepare and distribute client satisfaction surveys.
-
Maintain key records, tracking repositories, and documents in SharePoint.

Manage documents in RDIMS.
Qualifications
-
Must have an active PWGSC Secret (level II) security clearance.
-
Must demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of experience, within the last 5 years, providing project management support.

Must be competent in using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Demonstrating experience by showing:
- (a) A minimum of 2 years of experience, within the past 5 years, working with Microsoft Office Suite; OR
- (b) A minimum of 2 days of formal training in the Microsoft Office Suite followed by a minimum of 1 year of experience, within the past 5 years, working with Microsoft Office Suite.

Must have experience using Microsoft SharePoint. Demonstrating experience by showing:
-
(a) A minimum of 2 years of experience, within the past 5 years, working with Microsoft SharePoint; OR
-
(b) Completion of a minimum of 2 days of formal training in Microsoft SharePoint (versions 2013 or newer) followed by a minimum of 1 year of experience, within the past 5 years, working with Microsoft SharePoint.

Must have experience using records management and tracking software. Demonstrating experience by showing:
- (a) A minimum of 2 years of experience, within the past 5 years, working with Records Management and tracking software
- (b) Completion of a minimum of 2 days of formal training in records management and tracking software, followed by a minimum of 1 year of experience, within the past 5 years, working with records management and tracking software.

Must have 1 year of experience, within the past 5 years, using the following key supporting project management tools including:
-
(a) Microsoft Power BI (or a similar data visualization tool);
-
(b) Adobe Acrobat Professional (or a similar PDF editing tool); and
-
(c) Microsoft Teams (or a similar web-based collaboration tool).
