About the role
We’re hiring on behalf of Pluvo: they're looking for an Account Executive who’s hungry to close deals, run sharp demos, and help them iterate their entire sales process.
You’ll be the face of Pluvo to prospective customers - educating them on the platform, uncovering their needs, and guiding them through a thoughtful buying experience.
This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role. You’ll be working directly with Pluvo's founders, and your
feedback will help shape their product, pitch, and playbook.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: outbound, discovery, demos, follow-ups, and closing
- Work directly with the Co-Founders to refine positioning, scripts, and outreach
- Run high-quality, high-conversion demos that highlight Pluvo’s unique value
- Keep our HubSpot CRM clean, accurate, and up-to-date
- Identify common objections and collaborate on new ways to overcome them
- Provide product feedback from the front lines
- Help refine and build scalable sales processes from scratch
Who You Are
- You’ve sold SaaS at an early-stage startup and know what it means to build while selling
- You’re great at discovery, deeply curious, and solution-oriented
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You’re excited to create systems where there aren’t any yet
- You’re HubSpot-savvy and metrics-driven
- You bring founder energy: ownership, urgency, and an eye for better ways to do things
