Our team and what we’ll accomplish together
As a Senior Learning Specialist, you will be working closely with our Strategy and Programs team, our clinics, and our cross-functional stakeholders to plan, document and train in-clinic team leaders to train their teams and support new processes, system roll-outs and new service introduction. To successfully accomplish the required tasks, the incumbent will have excellent organizational skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with project managers and clinic team members to plan and document new work instructions, guides and other training materials
- Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions (with a preference for bilingual in English and French) with successful comprehension of materials post-session
- Maintain and update training materials, ensuring relevance to changing needs
- Provide ongoing support and timely training updates to clinic team members and other stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with all relevant stakeholders to ensure content and processes are aligned across stakeholders
- Establish, curate and maintain knowledge management repository, ensuring timely content updates and collaborating with document owners to guarantee information accuracy and relevance
- Highly interested in using new technologies and AI to enhance content and optimize content creation process
Qualifications
What you bring:

5-7 years experience as a learning professional with expertise in training delivery and exposure to instructional design and project management

Post-secondary diploma, Adult Learning Certificate

Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
-
Strong organizational and time management skills
-
Experience with e-learning and agility with technology
-
Prior experience with clinic staff and clinicians is a strong asset

Confident working with cross functional teams
-
Excellent customer service skills
-
Great adaptability and positive attitude

A strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability

A passion for teamwork, with a burning desire to contribute
Great-to-haves

Project Management experience

Bilingual in English and French
Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will on a regular basis interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.

Salary Range: $72,000-$108,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 12%
