About the role

Job Description

As the Senior Director, Marketing, Brand and Communications for RBC Origins, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance the brand and drive customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver impactful marketing campaigns.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for RBC Origins.
  • Lead brand positioning and communication initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage a team of marketing professionals and provide mentorship and guidance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on brand management.
  • Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
