Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager, located on-site in Calgary, AB. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic plans to meet business growth objectives, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful client engagements. Additional duties include attending industry events, conducting market research, and preparing and presenting proposals to potential clients.
Qualifications
- Business development, sales, and client relationship management skills
- Experience in strategic planning and market research
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the accounting, advisory, or consulting industry is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
