We'd love it if you had these too:

• A strong background in graphic design and a comprehensive portfolio.
• At least 3 years contributing in a similar Graphic Design role.
• You know your way around the entire Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to ask questions.
• You're comfortable troubleshooting and have a self-starter mentality.
• Effective time management skills with project coordination experience.

Here's What Your Day-to-Day Could Look Like:

• Design and oversee the creation of eye-catching marketing and promotional materials - from brochures and signage to digital ads and more - ensuring everything you touch is aligned with our brand vision.

• Collaborate with members of the marketing team to support the ideation and execution of marketing campaigns.

• Be the go-to for brand consistency, championing our visual identity across all platforms - print, digital, and everything in between.

• Supports events through asset development and attendance.

• Support the launch of Welcome Centers and Showhomes with an eye for detail - manage branded displays, furniture orders, signage, and presentation boards.

• Develop community-specific branding guidelines that bring each neighborhood’s story to life in a way that’s fresh, meaningful, and visually cohesive.

• Manage incoming creative requests through our project management system and keep projects moving forward smoothly—all while meeting key deadlines.
