What You’ll Be Doing:
- Maximize Revenue: Your main goal is to grow revenue from existing clients—whether it’s through upselling our expansive product catalogue or extending contract lengths. You’ll be at the forefront of our business growth!
- Referral Power: Referrals are key to your success. You’ll leverage satisfied customers to uncover new business opportunities, while consistently nurturing and expanding existing relationships.
- Hit and Exceed Targets: With clear revenue targets and a proven sales process in place, you’ll have the framework and tools needed to focus on what matters most—closing deals and driving revenue. This structure allows you to concentrate on executing your strategy and exceeding your targets, delivering impactful results for both you and the company!
- Build Trusted Relationships: Develop strong, consultative relationships with your key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction while positioning yourself as their trusted advisor.

What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ Year in Sales: You’ve already proven your ability to hit or exceed quotas and receive positive customer feedback. Your experience sets you up for success in this role.
- CRM Knowledge: Experience with tools like Salesforce will help you hit the ground running.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You can negotiate, present, and actively listen with ease—making you a persuasive and empathetic communicator.
- Highly Organized & Motivated: Juggling multiple accounts comes naturally to you, and your attention to detail is second to none.
- Team-Oriented & Independent: You thrive in both collaborative and independent settings, taking initiative and working well with others to hit revenue targets.
What We Offer You:
- Base Salary + Commission: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, plus a lucrative commission structure with unlimited earning potential based on meeting and exceeding your revenue targets!
