About the Role

The Communications Officer (digital) is responsible for leading the planning, development and management of websites to ensure they are user-focused, strategically aligned and future-ready. As an institutional expert on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), this role provides expert consultation on user experience (UX), information architecture (IA) and content strategy. The incumbent collaborates with internal partners to define site goals, structure content and guide page development from concept through launch.
