Primary Responsibilities
- Schedule window and door installation and service appointments in an efficient manner
- Communicate with our Techs, located throughout Alberta.
- Respond to customer calls, voicemails and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve scheduling conflicts when required
- Order parts for repair work.
- Send quotes to customer and then follow up to close the sale.
- Prepare and maintain various reports
- Generate job completion paperwork and coordinate any outstanding work
- Coordinate overnight stays; book hotels and create purchase orders
Requirements
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- 3 years experience in an office environment
- Courteous and professional telephone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of the geographical areas of Alberta
