As a key leader in technology consulting, this role drives the end-to-end delivery of complex SAP transformation programs across industries such as telecommunications, healthcare, and consumer goods. You will manage large-scale implementations, lead multidisciplinary teams, and serve as the main point of contact for senior clients. This position requires strategic oversight, deep SAP knowledge, and a passion for excellence in program execution. Accountabilities:
- Oversee the full delivery lifecycle of SAP programs, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards.
- Serve as the strategic delivery leader and escalation point across complex engagements.
- Manage planning, resourcing, budget control, quality checks, and risk mitigation.
- Build strong relationships with clients, offering strategic guidance and leading communication with executive stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with delivery best practices, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Guide organizational change management and platform adoption efforts.
- Establish quality benchmarks, proactively address risks, and implement continuous improvement practices.
- Mentor and grow high-performing delivery teams, aligning capabilities with evolving technology needs like AI, Cloud ERP, and analytics.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting and leading end-to-end SAP transformation programs.
- Prior leadership in a Director-level or equivalent role within a consulting or delivery organization.
- Expertise across multiple SAP platforms (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, BTP, C/4HANA) and full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills, especially at the executive level.
- Proficiency in project/program management, financial oversight, and risk management.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with a high level of business acumen.
- Proven track record in leading and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.
- Industry knowledge in telecom, healthcare, or consumer goods is highly desirable.
- Preference for candidates located outside of Canada.
