HOW WE PAY YOU
- Held-meeting bounty – C$100 for every discovery call that actually shows. Paid every Friday.
- Pilot kicker – 5 % of each paid-pilot invoice you sourced. Paid the day the client pays us.
- Roll-out kicker – 1 % of the first-year ARR on every account you originated. Paid 30 days after the client’s first subscription payment.
- Equity unlock – 1.00 % ownership the moment you hit 150 held discovery meetings (3-month cliff on vesting; monthly thereafter).
No signing bonus, no guaranteed salary—just weekly cash for every meeting you deliver and a full 1 % founder-level stake once you prove you can keep the calendar packed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-have
- 2 + years in a high-volume outbound role (SDR/BDR, door-to-door, or commission-only sales)
- Documented track record of booking 10+ qualified meetings per week
- Last year’s income: ≥ 50 % variable/commission (you can prove it)
- Comfortable making 70–100 cold calls per day and mapping your own targets
- Fluent, confident phone and email communicator in English
- Hands-on with a modern CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and basic LinkedIn prospecting tools
- Legally entitled to work in Canada and reachable during AB/BC business hours
- Self-managed: treats 1099/contractor life as a feature, not a bug
Nice-to-have
- Familiarity with industrial protocols (Modbus, BACnet, SCADA) or oil & gas / utilities accounts
- Experience using a power dialer (Kixie, Aircall, PhoneBurner)
- Proven success in commission-only or door-to-door environments (solar, roofing, telecom, freight)
