Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bookkeeper and Admin Assistant, located in Markham, ON. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing invoices under the direction of respective project managers & following up on accounts receivable, compiling expense reports, answering phone calls, and complete other administrative tasks to support the technical team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bookkeeping and managing Journal Entries
• Experience in preparing Financial Statements and handling general Finance tasks
• Knowledge and practical experience with Quick Books and MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial management
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
