Position Summary Under the general guidance of the Assistant General Counsel and Head of Legal Services, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely, effective and practical legal direction, advice and assistance to management and staff in areas such as aboriginal law, indigenous law, and constitutional law, including the preparation and review of contracts and advocating Manitoba Hydro’s position in negotiations and before administrative tribunals and courts, preparation and review of contracts and agreements and conducting legal research and preparing opinions.
