Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and street-savvy Direct Sales Representative to personally introduce our new sneaker line to customers face-to-face — whether at homes, businesses, or curated pop-ups.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on conversation, style, and hustle. You’ll be the face of our sneaker brand, sparking curiosity and turning interest into sales right on the spot.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to showcase and sell Black & White™ sneakers
- Communicate the quality, exclusivity, and design story behind each product
- Build brand awareness through live customer interactions
- Close sales and meet daily/weekly performance targets
- Track customer feedback, sales leads, and follow-ups
- Represent the brand with style, professionalism, and energy
- Participate in local events, streetwear pop-ups, or launch activations as needed
You’re a Great Fit If You...
- Have a passion for fashion, sneakers, or streetwear culture
- Love talking to people and naturally spark interest in what you represent
- Are confident, outgoing, and comfortable with door-to-door or live selling
- Understand the value of exclusivity, craftsmanship, and brand storytelling
- Are goal-driven and ready to hustle in the field
- Have previous experience in sales, marketing, or fashion retail (a bonus)
Requirements
- Must be 18+
- Must be able to travel within Toronto/GTA
- Strong communication skills in English
- Availability for field work 3–5 days/week
- Own smartphone for order tracking and customer updates
- Basic understanding of luxury fashion or sneaker market is a plus
