Your New Role
Step into a career-defining opportunity as Leasing Representative. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead leasing activity across a dynamic portfolio of commercial properties—primarily office—in the GTA. Reporting to the Senior Director, Leasing, you’ll be front and centre in filling vacancies, optimizing tenancy mixes, and boosting asset value.
From prospecting to deal execution and tenant move-in, you’ll own the full leasing cycle—bringing creative solutions, sharp market insight, and strong relationships to every opportunity. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to turn strategy into results.
This role is tailor-made for a self-starter who knows how to close deals, navigate market trends, and foster lasting tenant relationships—all while juggling competing priorities with confidence and care.
What Sets You Apart
You’ve got at least three years of experience in commercial or office leasing, and you’re no stranger to full-cycle deal-making—from initial negotiation to space turnover. You know the numbers, can dissect a proforma or NER in your sleep, and understand what makes a deal both competitive and sustainable.
Your communication skills are top-notch, and you excel at building strong relationships with brokers, tenants, and internal teams alike. You bring a strategic mindset, a solutions-first attitude, and a drive to exceed expectations.
A university degree is required, and a real estate license or affiliation with ICSC is a definite plus.
